After you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace [who imparts His blessing and favor, who called you to His own eternal glory in Christ, will Himself complete, confirm, strengthen, and establish you [making you what you ought to be-1 Peter 5:10.
Our suffering and waiting for God’s promises to come to pass will never last. It is only for a short and limited time. Every problem we face has an expiry day. We must persevere and have faith in the Word of God, even if our reality appears to be disappointing. Just remember that Jesus has promised to empower, restore, and established us in Him. God is still on the throne and He is the author of our destiny. Where there is Jesus, there is hope.
Prayer: LORD God, help me to wait on you and be patient. Help me to surrender and give you the pen of my life so that your Will and your promises will become my reality. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
